Most areas of our site are accessible without registration of any kind. However some of our services require some identification in order to be effective.  This includes, but is not limited to, our online activism center.  Again, the information provided here will be kept confidential.

We will not share your information with any third-party organization without your explicit permission to do so. Personal information you provide is stored in a secure location and is accessible only by designated staff.

To share your information with other interested groups, including the media, please provide the following contact information.  A representative of the National Employment Law Project will then contact you to discuss your availability.  Your information will remain confidential until you are contacted individually and authorize release of the information.
